Iāve been on a long journey with skincare,Ā And while products matter, Iāve learned that how I start my day plays a massive role in how my skin behaves and how my mind feels.
So in this post, Iām walking you through my actual morning routineāthe one I follow almost every day to keep my skin clear and my energy focused.
š Step 1: Wake Up Gently (No Phone First!)
I used to check Instagram or WhatsApp the second I opened my eyes. But that made me feel anxious, distracted, and honestly⦠just not present.
Now, I wake up to a soft alarm tone or calming music and stay away from my phone for the first 30 minutes. I take a few deep breaths, stretch my arms, and just be. Itās such a peaceful way to begin.
š§ Step 2: Hydration ā Inside & Out
First thing I do? Drink a full glass of room temperature water with lemon. Itās amazing for flushing toxins, waking up your gut, and giving your skin that internal hydration it really needs.
